I was just wondering. Do you know any yoga poses or that can help with hip flexibility? I'm a dancer and I have really bad hips and my teacher suggested yoga haha Thankyou xx

I’m not an expert or anything but I can give you a list of poses that can help with hip opening/flexibility :)

- Pigeon
- Low Lunge with Knee Down
- Lizard (one of my faves)
- Warrior II
- Chair
- Half chair, Half ankle to knee
- Malasana (Squat)
- Seated wide legged forward bend
- Frog
- Goddess Pose & Reclining Goddess Pose
